I'm not receiving emails (welcome, activation, tickets, any billing email...)

 

You're probably using Hotmail, Yahoo or some other email provider with strong antispam policies.

The solution is to change your profile's email address into the billing area to a less restrictive email account/provider.

Remember, in any case, that all emails we send you are logged and accessible in the billing area.
